Why Can't I Activate my License and Receive a 1300 Error Code?

In order to activate your MagicINFO license(s), the server needs to connect to the license database from Samsung to check validation.

The MagicINFO installation needs to connect to the License database from Samsung to check if the license is valid. To let the system do its check,  the installation needs to be connected to the internet. If it isn't, you will get the 1300 error code. 

When you have your installation running offline you can choose to activate your license via the disconnected method. In order to do so you will need to share your license code and H/W unique key with our Customer Support so we can generate an offline key file for you.
