1. Through the Display's Menu:
- Take your remote control.
- Go to Menu > Support > Contact Samsung.
- The firmware version of your display will be shown here.
2. Device Information Using MagicINFO:
- Open the MagicINFO application.
- Navigate to the ‘Device’ section.
