It happens a lot that we receive a MAC address of a screen to connect to the demo server and we cannot find this screen. There are some steps to check to ensure the screen can communicate to the server. This is needed for us to connect your MagicInfo device to your demo account. Please check the following steps when you run into trouble connecting your screen to our MagicInfo demo server.
1. Does the device have an internet connection?
Go to the menu of your device and check Network>Network Status
2. Are the server setting right for the Demo server?
3. Is your network open for communication on the right ports?
4. When you are sure all the steps above are set up right please send us both MAC addresses (when applicable), best is to send us a picture of these information.
